Our cancellation policy is in place to respect the time of our service providers as well as the guests on our Waiting List.
Our salon company understands that schedules can change and therefore we require a minimum of at least 48 hours notice when cancelling, changing or rescheduling for a weekday appointment and 72 hours for a weekend appointment.
All Saturday appointments booked online or in person will be charged a deposit fee for booking. This will go towards your Saturday service as long as there are no changes made during that 72 hour notice listed in our policy. Charge is based on services booked. Call the salon if you have any questions.
Any appointments cancelled less than what is mentioned in our cancellation policy, is responsible for paying a minimum of 50% of total services booked. If late cancellation or no shows happen continually, you will possibly be subjected to pay full price for all services missed before rebooking for any future appointments.
We reserve the right to require non-refundable prepayment for services or decline scheduling guests that are habitually late or that do not show for their scheduled appointments.
