POLICIES

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Bellezzio reserves the right to refuse anyone demonstrating inappropriate or disrespectful behavior to any member of our team or salon company.

PUNCTUALITY

We immensely appreciate your punctuality. Please arrive shortly before your reserved time with us. Your reserved time is dedicated to you! If you happen to be running late for your scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate you but please understand that your reserved time may need to be rescheduled or your services may need to be adjusted accordingly.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS

We know schedules are busy, therefore you will receive a confirmation email 72, 48 and 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you would need to change or cancel your appointment, please note our salon company’s Cancellation Policy. All changes need to be made by calling the salon and speaking directly to someone. Voicemail, email and text will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Our cancellation policy is in place to respect the time of our service providers as well as the guests on our Waiting List.

Our salon company understands that schedules can change and therefore we require a minimum of at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling for a weekday appointment and 72 hours for a weekend appointment.

Appointments cancelled less than what is mentioned in our cancellation policy, is responsible for paying 50% of total services booked. If late cancellation or no shows happen continually, you will possibly be subjected to pay full price for all services missed before rebooking for any future appointments.

We reserve the right to require non-refundable prepayment for services or decline scheduling guests that are habitually late or that do not show for their scheduled appointments.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our minimum age requirement for any specialty services (eye lash extensions, hair extensions, color services, smoothing treatments and other texture services) is 18 years of age. If the guest is younger than 18, a parent or guardian may sign a Consent Form for the guest to receive the service(s).

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We guarantee you will fall in love with our products at Bellezzio! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your product within seven days after date of purchase.

*Exclusions: If a product has been purchased and the safety seal or packaging has been removed, the product may not be eligible for an exchange or return.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

  • Our goal is 100% guest satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon within one week of the original service received so your service will be to your satisfaction.

    Please note: Our Salon Company does not offer refunds on any services. In lieu of a refund, a revised service will be offered by the stylist, for the original service.

OTHER NOTES

Please advise our service providers of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service with us.

If you have a reserved time to receive a special occasion or speciality style, we recommend you wear a button-down shirt for ease of changing.

At Bellezzio, we work as a cohesive team. If you would feel you would have a better experience with another service provider, please let us know.

If you were to leave behind a personal belonging after your visit, we will contact you immediately. Please remember that Bellezzio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
